The 4 Foundations of Mindfulness

Mindfulness in May 4 Week program

Sunday 4 May 11am-1:00pm
with Bryony Lancaster

Join us for a transformative journey into mindfulness this May. We will learn to connect deeply with ourselves and the present moment as a way to cultivate less suffering and more joy in our every day using this age old meditation technique.

Through meditation, we gain insight into our minds, clearing the lens through which we see the world. As Anais Nin wisely said, “We don’t see life as it is, we see life as we are.” By practicing mindfulness, we gain clarity and healing.

Mindfulness helps us develop moment-to-moment awareness of our thoughts, emotions, and sensations, allowing us to live more fully—whether in moments of joy or challenge. By cultivating mindfulness, we become more grounded, more alive, and more connected to our truth. It is also an amazing tool to help us regulate our nervous system and deal with the pressures of life.

Come discover the freedom and peace within you.

“The only place to find peace and freedom from suffering is right here, in our own body and mind.” - Bhante Gunaratana

Let’s embrace mindfulness together this May!

Bryony has been teaching Mindfulness for over 10 years and is inspired to deliver this understanding to you in a light-hearted, accessible and fun way and with the intention to inspire you to weave it into your life in meaningful ways.
