Terms & Conditions
Please note that all yoga passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Auto-pay memberships (weekly unlimited and 2 per week memberships) are discounted to provide you with excellent value. You will be expected to continue payments until the end of the agreement.
Weekly Unlimited Membership
By purchasing this membership, you agree to a 10 week minimum commitment period. Your contract will continue to roll on fortnightly until you notify us to stop.
You are required to provide a 14 Day notice period before your next scheduled payment for membership cancellation. Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable.
Membership cancellations can only be made via email to info@lennoxyoga.com.au and you will receive an email response to confirm your request. If you don’t receive this confirmation within 4 business days of your request, please contact us.
Suspensions (pausing your pass) can only be requested in writing and with a minimum of 1 week's notice. All suspensions must be in 2-week increments for a maximum of 4 weeks. Days that have been paid for will be made available for use at the end of the suspension. If you are requiring a suspension beyond 4 weeks, you will need to cancel your membership. When you rejoin, the contract period will apply again.
Two Per Week Membership
By purchasing this membership, you agree to a 10 week minimum commitment period. Your contract will continue to roll on fortnightly until you notify us to stop.
Credits not used in the two week period roll over to the next fortnight. Then expire at the end of the next fortnight. They cannot be redeemed or refunded after they expire. It is your responsibility to use your credits in the period they are active.

No suspensions are available on this pass. If you choose to end this pass, the next time you purchase it again you will be required to commit to another 10 week contract. This is because this membership is heavily discounted to provide you with excellent value.
6 Month Pass
You are eligible to suspend (pause your pass) your 6 Month pass one time within the 6 month period.
Suspensions can only be requested in writing and with a minimum of 1 week's notice. All suspensions must be in 2-week increments. Days that have been paid for will be made available for use at the end of the suspension.
10 Class Pass
This pass has a 4 month expiry. No refunds or suspensions are available.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
This policy exists to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.
Classes
Please cancel the same way you booked, either via our website or app. We cannot process class cancellations via email or text.
You can cancel up to two hours before the start of class before being charged.
Late cancellations and no shows incur a $20 fee. The late cancellation fee and no-show fee are non-refundable.
Workshops
Workshop cancellations can only be made via email and require 5 business days notice.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 5 business days of the start of the workshop for any reason. However, it is possible to transfer your workshop booking to a friend.
Any non-cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit.
Lennox Yoga and/or guest teachers reserve the right to cancel any workshop without notice. In this case, a full refund will be given.
Trainings
In Person Training
Upon registration, in order to hold your space in the training as spots are limited, a $200 non-refundable deposit will be required.
If a student withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:
If the student withdraws 30 days or more prior to course commencement, the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable deposit of $200.
If the student withdraws 14-29 days prior to the course commencement, the student will receive 75% of the full course fee, less the non-refundable deposit.
If the student withdraws 1-13 days prior to course commencement, the student will receive 50% of the full course fee, less the non-refundable deposit.
If the student withdraws after course commencement, the full course fee or any monies paid is non-refundable.
Online Training
Due to the digital nature of this course, all purchases are final. No refunds or transfers are available.
Retreats
The deposit paid to secure your spot is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another retreat.
Final payments are required 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. The exact date is listed on the retreat website page.
Cancellations made 90 days prior to the retreat start date receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made at or within 90 days prior to the start of the retreat will result in 100% of the retreat fee being non-refundable.
If your retreat is cancelled by us at any time up to the day of arrival you will be offered the option to:
Move to a new retreat date
Change your booking into a rare studios au account credit
Receive a full refund
We strongly advise our guests to obtain travel insurance that includes provisions for cancellation and curtailment from reputable insurance providers.
General
Lennox Yoga & Wellness Centre is not responsible for the safe keeping of your belongings.
Classes are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Teachers are subject to change without notice. Lennox Yoga and Wellness Centre is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason.
In participating in a Lennox Yoga and Wellness Centre class, training, retreat or workshop online or in studio (Class) and as a condition of my participation, I AGREE to the following terms and conditions:
I, being aware of my own health and physical condition, am voluntarily participating in a physical activity. I understand that I should not participate in a Class unless I am physically fit and healthy, and have been verified as such by a qualified medical practitioner. I undertake to stop participating in a Class if I experience faintness, dizziness, pain or shortness of breath at any time, and I agree to consult a qualified medical practitioner before proceeding with another Class.
I agree to take full responsibility for managing any injuries or conditions during my practice. I acknowledge that participation in this physical activity could constitute a risk of serious injury or death. I acknowledge that this risk is increased if I am practicing online, without the supervision of a teacher. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise and assume this risk. I acknowledge that neither Lennox Yoga, associated teachers or staff shall be deemed to be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage to property or other mishap I sustain in any way directly or indirectly connected with the physical activity.
