Yes, we'd love you to! Please book via our timetable or download our app on apple or google.

  • No problem at all, please cancel the same way you booked, either via our website or app. This way those on the waitlist will automatically be notified. You can cancel up to two hours before the start of class before being charged.

  • You will be charged a $20 fee. Please be sure to cancel the same way you booked. We cannot process cancellations via email or text.

  • We recommend our Traveller's Week for $78. You can purchase that here.

6 month passes can be put on hold one time.

Our waitlist cut-off time is 2 hours - which means that you will only be added automatically into the class 2 hours or more before the clase start time. This ensures you have at least a two hour heads up, if not more.

If you are automatically booked into class from the waitlist and you cannot attend, be sure to cancel your booking to avoid our cancellation & no show fee.

Please be sure you have a correct phone number in our system so that you receive notifications.

  • We run a weekly beginner’s class Sunday mornings at 7:15am.

We also offer a 4 week Beginner’s Course three times a year.

Our Mellow Flow and Yin classes are also great for Beginners.

Between these three class types, there is a suitable class on our timetable for beginners everyday.

When you start feeling more confident, we recommend trying our Flow classes, which are open to all levels. Please let the teacher know that you are a beginner so they can provide alternatives and varations for poses.
