Through storytelling, gentle practice, and practical tools, we’ll delve into the ethical principles of the Yamas and Niyamas as personal guides, explore how asana, pranayama, and pratyahara prepare the body and mind for deeper connection, and discover how the meditative limbs—dharana, dhyana, and samadhi—foster inner stillness and spiritual transformation.
This workshop combines guided meditation, breathwork, and journaling to help you embody yoga’s philosophy both on and beyond the mat, inspiring a grounded and centered approach to modern life.
