Lennox Yoga’s 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is led in-person by a team of experienced and passionate teachers. Explore the profound depths of yoga and your own essence while you also develop the skills to teach and inspire others.

Curriculum

This Yoga Alliance registered training is an immersive experience that includes:

  • The history, traditions, and philosophy of yoga

  • Asana and movement as medicine and meditation

  • Breath work as a bridge between body and mind and a pathway to yoga

  • Meditation…moving into stillness and depth

  • Anatomy and physiology to understand the body and in order to guide and move it safely through asana and pranayama practice

  • Energetics

  • Intelligent, creative and transformative sequencing to unlock the wisdom of the body and mind

  • Assisting and adjusting techniques to enhance embodiment of the practice

  • Creating the ritual of the class, holding space and finding your authentic voice

  • The art and practice of teaching purposeful, inspirational and impactful classes

  • Business knowledge and skills to position you for success as a yoga teacher

Dana Diament

E-RYT 500, Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist

Dana Diament is a teacher, writer, editor and mum. She is co-founder of Lennox Yoga, editor of WellBeing magazine, co-creator of Restore: Yin and Myofascial Release Training, and a Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. She is passionate about education and incorporating both eastern and western perspectives in her teaching. Born in Israel and raised in New Jersey, she now calls Lennox Head home.

Bryony Lancaster

E-RYT 500, IYI Endorsed Teacher

Bryony is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and mother of two teenagers. She blends yoga, meditation, and Buddhism to cultivate a more centered, connected life. After years of running her studio and café in Sydney she relocated to the Northern Rivers. Her book, Egg of the Universe, celebrates seasonal whole foods and yoga.

Heidi Lampard

Heidi is a beloved yoga teacher in the Northern Rivers region, known for her nurturing approach and profound passion for yoga philosophy. She is the founder of Rasa Lila Yoga Retreats, a revered tea ceremony facilitator, and a proud mum to two daughters. Through her classes at local studios, retreats, and online, Heidi inspires students to embrace transformation, connection, and the timeless wisdom of yoga on and off the mat.

Bianca Kenvyn

Bianca Kenvyn is a yoga teacher and dedicated practitioner who has spent the past seven years teaching and assisting trainings full-time across Sydney. She moved to the Northern Rivers in 2023. She is passionate about helping students connect to the full embodiment of who they are. Her approach blends discipline, technical precision, and energetic flow through both movement and stillness practices.

F.A.Q.

  • Are you truly ever ready for anything? If you have a calling to do the training, that’s the important thing to tune into.

    We recommend at least a year of dedicated practice prior to the course commencing.

    You do not need an “advanced” practice. Being flexible, doing handstands and arm balances, or being able to meditate for 20 minutes are not required to enroll in this course.

  • We start in June and end in November. See the full schedule in the “How it Works” section above.

    Yes, you need to be present for all sessions. If extenuating circumstances cause you to miss any sessions, you will be required to make up this time with an individual teacher at the cost of $100/hour.

  • This is a 200 hour training course with all sessions taking place in person.

    Some students can spend approximately 3 to 5 additional hours to prepare for final assessments and exams in your own time.

  • Yes, you will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the course - attending all sessions and passing your final assessments. This training is registered with Yoga Alliance. You will be able to use your certificate to obtain your Yoga Alliance registration

  • It is our intention to offer this training again but we can’t confirm the exact date, price point, or format at this time. This is your chance to be part of an intimate group experience that may not be available again.

  • Yes, we offer payment plans for our in-person training that is billed on a fortnightly schedule from the date you sign up.

    If you would like a monthly or fortnightly (billed every two weeks), please contact info@lennoxyoga.com.au to set it up.

  • In Person Training

    Upon registration, in order to hold your space in the training as spots are limited, a $750 non-refundable deposit will be required.

    If a student withdraws or transfers from the course, the following refund policy applies:

    If the student withdraws 30 days or more prior to course commencement, the student will receive a full refund of all monies paid, less the non-refundable deposit of $750.

    If the student withdraws 14-29 days prior to the course commencement, the student will receive 75% of the full course fee, less the non-refundable deposit.

    If the student withdraws 1-13 days prior to course commencement, the student will receive 50% of the full course fee, less the non-refundable deposit.

    If the student withdraws after course commencement, the full course fee or any monies paid is non-refundable.
