Hi! I’m Dana Diament, Yoga Teacher & Educator.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 10 years and practising for 20 years. I discovered yin yoga and myofascial release 9 years ago, and have never looked back. I’ve experienced the power of these techniques to help heal from injuries, recover from workouts, and bounce back from burn out. I’ve personally also relied on these modalities in my pre and post natal stages of life. They are two of my go to practices when battling fatigue and short on time.
