In this 9 hour course, learn how to utilise the four pillars of health - diet, lifestyle, sleep, and right use of energy - in order to experience optimum health and wellness.

Discover your unique constitution and areas of imbalance. Learn how to eat right for your type to enhance your digestive system, hormones, and sleep. Explore self-care practices and simple home remedies to help you feel your best.

Walk away with practical tools to bring yourself back into balance and harmony and to support you in living your best life.

This course will be held over 3 days. You can choose to attend all 3 days or individual sessions.
